Fast day 2 of week 3 516 cal

Had 2 crackers owth 20g of lightest Phili for 56 cal. Went for a coffee after work.  Had a 460 calorie balti from m and s for dinner.

(Weigh day) Fast day 1 of week 3 496 cal

A successful week as I've lost over 2lbs. Can't believe it. Couldn't be bothered with a fast day today however my weight loss gave me a boost.  Slept in this morning so grabbed lunch from asda, a tiny sushi snack for 109 calories. Made lentil , squash and sweet potato soup for 270 cal. I was naughty and had a low calorie 117 cal.

Non fast day week 2 2400 -250cal

Again I'm posting to ensure I don't have an extra dessert. Recreated the mexican burger from handmade burger for lunch. It was delicious but was a whopping 900 calories. It did have healthy avacado on it though. Stupidly had 3 of the mini empire biscuits and a skinny cappuccino afterwards.  Went to costco today. Picked up these little luxury desserts that come in jars. There are like a Rip off of gu. Anyway got lemon and salted caramel ones.  I made a homemade arabiatta sauce with wholemeal pasta for around 600 cal. I drank a glass of wine while making it, then had one of the lemon desserts for 194 cal afterwards.  Today I've consumed 2400 cal and burned 300. Tomorrow is the last day of my holidays then I will restrict the non fast day calories a bit more. I have had a lovely holiday without gaining weight so far so can not complain.

Non fast day week 2 2750 -300 cal

Not the best as I went into work this morning then out for lunch. Had maple and sesame chicken followed by banana fritter things. Dinner was 4 slices of the lowest calorie dominos. Had a wine. Posting this before I eat anything else through greed as there's pizza and empire biscuits in the kitchen. Ate around 2700 and burned 300.

Non fast day week 2 2950 -350cal

Not a great day. Co aimed about 2900 and only burned 300. Went for lunch with friends and had a tuna melt followed by cake. Made a small dinner of pasta pesto. Aye some mini cakes after I  walked dog. Feeling a bit down as everyone around me seems to be getting pregnant but me

Had a medicinal wine tonight.

Fast day 2 of week 2 549 cal

Got up late . Had a 2 egg omelette with 8g of tomato sauce for around 150 cal. Cleaned the house, the hoover broke ,bought a new hoover, hoovered, went to supermarket, made veg biryani 252 cal. Took dog a walk and washed her. Then splurged and had the most gorgeous dessert with a coffee for 145 cal. Watched the film whiplash.

Non fast day week 2 2300 - 800

Snacked a lot today but did walk 7 miles. Went to see bill bailey. Went to pizza express for dinner. I went for the healthier option of arabiatta so that I could have the yummy honeycomb slice fir dessert.  Had a cider at bill bailey. I ate around 2330 calories but burned over 700 cal. Oh yeah I ate 30 jelly beans which have been counted but not pictured. Finishing the day with a milky tea.

Weigh day Fast day 1 of week 2 528 cal

I slept really late this morning to avoid breakfast. Had a green tea for breakfast. Crackers and philli for lunch.  Walked dog and down to garden centre and tesco. Covered 5 miles. Had butternut squash,lentil  and sweet potato soup followed by popcorn. Had 528 cal today. I was also 11.10 and three quarters. Can't believe after the week I had I managed to lose a little. This time last Monday I was 11.12.

Non fast and last day of week 1 2100-300 cal

I'm pretty full from last night and think that may add to my weight tomorrow. Pretty nervous. Last Monday I was actually up at 11.12. So lower than that would be good. Really feel like I've put on. I'm also thinking a better weigh day is a Saturday.  . . . Hmm. Today we travelled home. Had a bacon and sausage roll at my parents. We stopped at asda half way and had a coffee and 4 mini rocky road bites. Had stuffed pasta pesto for dinner followed by another 4 rocky road. 489 calories in rocky road today.

Non fast day week 1 2800-700 cal

Well this is embarrassing  . . . Another Indian.  Got train back to my parents this afternoon. Had the same breakfast as yesterday then got the 11.20 train. I had a snack from m&s on the train. Walked up to waitrose with my parents this afternoon and stopped for a glass of wine. Had an Indian for dinner and a glass of red. I ate pakora and a bit of each curry and naan. I've counted dinner alone to be around 1600 calories. Although I've had a high calorie day around 2800 cal. The walking has burned a lot off- around 700 cal.

Non fast day week 1 2900 -1100

Still in Edinburgh. Had a lot to eat however walked 9 miles (went up Arthur seat in the morning).  Had a roll with black pudding, potato scone and bacon. Around 550 cal. Had lunch at mammas pizza. Shared nachos which were for 1 person around 350 cal. I had 3 slices of the pizza around 800-900 cal. We had cocktails in Harvey nichols around 400 cal. Dinner was at made in Italy.  I went for the most low calorie which was pasta arabiatta around 650 cal which had quite a chilli kick. Had a coffee afterwards instead of dessert. Walked a mile after dinner. I currently have an upset tummy.

Non fast day week 1 2000-450 cal

Think I'm just under 2000 cal today. Travelled through to Edinburgh late morning.  Had 2 clementines before I left. We were starving by the time we got there. Went to a French restaurant and ordered from the lunch menu. I had salmon. Walked to Holywood then stopped at starbucks for tea and cake. Went to camera obscura at 5pm. Had a sneaky tiny pack of jelly beans.Then had a late dinner. I ordered the rib eye steak with black pudding and a shiraz. Went back to the hotel and watched apprentice.

Non fast day week 1 2500-350 cal

This isn't the best day but could if been worse. I had porridge with honey and cinnamon for breakfast. Was heading down to my parents and lunch was eaten enroute. It was a burger king. I got a bean burger ( 547 cal) with a Fanta lemon zero. I saved 500 cal by not getting chips. Got to my parents and had a coffee and a couple of biscuits. Was tempted to take a third so saved 65 cal. Walked  and fed dog . Had a glass of wine which I didn't finish before walking into town for an Indian.  I had chicken chat to start which is basicly 4 drumsticks with sauce. Under half a pilau rice, sone naan and about 3/4 of a curry. I was sharing 3 curry with my parents so has a taste of everything. Had another small wine at home. Think I had about 400 ml if wine in total.  Anyway today was around 2500 cal with 300 burned by walking.

Fast day 2 of week 1 596cal

2 fast days in a row! I'm pretty hungry. Had appt at hospital in the morning so had a coffee before I went. We stopped at m&s on the way home and I got pork salad rolls 154cal and a small carton of soup 133cal. Allowed myself to have 600 cal today. Had a snack of two sugar free jelly pots 18cal. Dinner was the same as last night chilli and cauliflower rice 291cal. Didn't have as much cauliflower as I don't really like it. Went to see the comedian Tim Vine tonight and I had a diet in bru.

Fast day 1 of week 1 492cal

So annoyed. Took a lovely photo of my 4 cracker breads with Phili ,tomato and cucumber and it's not on the camera roll. Made chilli for dinner and I had mine with cauliflower rice instead of normal rice,  did the job. Planning on having a fast day tomorrow as well so that I can enjoy the rest of the week away guilt free.

Non fast day 2100 - 300

Ate more poocorn than pictured but it's skinny popcorn. Munched a whole bag. Had tuna mayo sandwich on small bread for lunch. Dinner was a gammon joint. I made cauliflower cheese and was careful with the cheese sauce. We got a meal deal with the gammon which included a sticky toffee pudding. I only ate one bit with 80g of custard, despite there being a spare slice and loads of custard.

The practice is over weigh day 11.11

I attempted to switch the diet as I feel 5:2 isn't working for me. Mainly because I am so greedy and eating whatever I wanted on  non fast days. I think calling them feast days was a mistake a well.  I have not lost any weight and was 11.11 1/4 this morning so I have actually put on!. I did still have a fast day on Wednesday as I was out for a meal out on Thursday.  I've put pictures on. I'm going to stick with to fast days however or non fast days I'm going to stuck to
Breakfast
Lunch
Healthy snack
Dinner
Snack /dessert
All portion controlled.

Today and last night I went crazy eating hotel chocolat chocolates that I stupidly bought and they are most definitely not worth the money or calories.

I actually went for a drink after work forgetting that I needed to drive to pick husband up from beer festival later on. Lucky I remembered and had only drank I tiny bit of wine from the glass.

Fast day

Had no breakfast just a mug of green tea on way to work.  Had 30g lightest Phili with 4 ryvita and some cucumber and tomato 115 cal . Dinner was butternut squash, sweet potato and lentil soup. 1/3 of a pot for 252cal. Had  a loris left for a graze brownie for 110 cal.

Official weigh day 1 11.9

Not going to weigh during the week at all now only on Saturdays. Went crazy yesterday with doughnuts although only had 2 slices of pizza and 4 bits of chicken for dinner. Did drink a bottle of wine over the course of the evening.
I got up late and had cinnamon and honey porridge. We went into B&Q to get a part for the bathroom tap as it is broken. Grabbed a subway at the big tesco for lunch. I had a subway melt with all the salad. Got ingredients for the curry tonight and the chocolate tart my husband is making.

Feast day

Was back down to 11.8 and a but this.morning so feeling positive. Had porridge with raisins almonds , cinamon and honey. Was naughty and had crisps with my sushi lunch. Dinner was cod with a homemade garlic/lime /tomato sauce and cous cous. Had a custard slice for dessert. Took dog out for 3 miles. Watched zoo with 50g sweet and salted popcorn.

Fast day

Going to weigh in on a Saturday but gave a starting weight today anyway. Did 5:2 last week for a but and was down to 11.8 however I went wild over the weekend. So I'm going to do it properly. Had a light alpen bar for breakfast 65cal. A green tea at break time. Had a tuna light lunch and diet coke for dinner 211cal. I made a butternut squash , sweet potato and lentil soup for dinner 180cal. Walked dog 3 miles and I've just had a raspberry tea and am starving.
