Non fast day week 1 2500-350 cal

This isn't the best day but could if been worse. I had porridge with honey and cinnamon for breakfast. Was heading down to my parents and lunch was eaten enroute. It was a burger king. I got a bean burger ( 547 cal) with a Fanta lemon zero. I saved 500 cal by not getting chips. Got to my parents and had a coffee and a couple of biscuits. Was tempted to take a third so saved 65 cal. Walked  and fed dog . Had a glass of wine which I didn't finish before walking into town for an Indian.  I had chicken chat to start which is basicly 4 drumsticks with sauce. Under half a pilau rice, sone naan and about 3/4 of a curry. I was sharing 3 curry with my parents so has a taste of everything. Had another small wine at home. Think I had about 400 ml if wine in total.  Anyway today was around 2500 cal with 300 burned by walking.
