I slept really late this morning to avoid breakfast. Had a green tea for breakfast. Crackers and philli for lunch. Walked dog and down to garden centre and tesco. Covered 5 miles. Had butternut squash,lentil and sweet potato soup followed by popcorn. Had 528 cal today. I was also 11.10 and three quarters. Can't believe after the week I had I managed to lose a little. This time last Monday I was 11.12.
