Going to weigh in on a Saturday but gave a starting weight today anyway. Did 5:2 last week for a but and was down to 11.8 however I went wild over the weekend. So I'm going to do it properly. Had a light alpen bar for breakfast 65cal. A green tea at break time. Had a tuna light lunch and diet coke for dinner 211cal. I made a butternut squash , sweet potato and lentil soup for dinner 180cal. Walked dog 3 miles and I've just had a raspberry tea and am starving.
