FAST 800 week1 fast 1
Things ate out of hand. 14 stone this morning. Had big toast dinner, pudding and wine last night. Probably still have muscle inflammation from the park run. Gping to do fast 800 3 times a week. The 800 fastnis easier and I think i need the control 3 times a week. I have 8 weeks until my Christmas night out. That coukd be 16lbs! Want to make this October holidays about making me feel better. Two weeks of fast 800 worked wonders before.

week 3 fast 2 - didn't happen!
My weight is right up at 13 13. Been so bad woth pot luck lunch, went to marshalls yesterday. I am gping to change my approach and go back to 3 fasts at 800cal or 20pp as it worked before summer. Off on holiday just now. Gping to use this break to get myself motivated.
So thought I wpuld get off to a hood start by running park run this morning. Haven't run in almost a year but managed to jog the whole thing in the rain. After my run I was actually 13 11 so never know. Also it is ovukation time.

Monday fast. Was sitting at 13 12 this morning though after an indulgent weekend. Had a chai tea tonight made with hit water and a sweetner. Oh had to get stitches in his hand today afyer he cut it on an empty can.

Thumping headache tonight. We have been dealing with thread worms since Tuesday night so cleaning continuously as well. Girl inmmy work .mentioned today she qoukd do 5:2 with me next week too. Hadbthese kiwi berries from marks with my.lunch.

week 2 (13 10!!) fast 1
Weight 13 10
By some miracle I am sitting at 13 10 this morning. Had the in-laws here at the weekend. Drank loads of wine, had a fish supper, ate m amd s cakes. Had lunch out , ate stories! I have my period too. Was sitting at 13 13 yesterday morning mind you. Even though I didn't fast yesterday I did have a lower calorie day i suppose.
Last day of September today! Maybe October will be my month lol

I seem to only be able to do one fast day! My weight is out of control. I feel awful. Ate loads of crisps and dip last night for pure greed. Meeting a friend at next for a coffee after the school run as I need to take things back there. A proper fast day today wpuld make me feel better quite quickly and a good start to the week. If I set myself the target of doing 3 weeks of the 5:2 properly that will make me feel better by the october holidays is 3 weeks time hopefully.

Things have got out of hand. Was 14 stone this morning and bloated. I was sitting at 13 11 last week so I am actually just heavy just now. Fasting worked well for me before summer so lets try it again.
So oh made lentil soup. I weighed the bread and butter woth it. He also picked me up lindt dubai chocolate and I am sitting g wondering g if I shpuls have some and make it a low cal day. However if I have a fast day I will feel.good tomorrow.thats the whole point isn't it.

AUTUMN FASTING! week 1 fast day 1 20pp
First day of my favourite season. Always love the 1st September. Sitting at 13 12 after parents being up but tbh I was sitting around that all last week.
60g coronation chicken in sour dough for dinner and some berries. After dinner I was looking at tge little donuts thinking oh I could have a low calorie day and instead of a fast day but I won't get the reset feeling from fasting. I shouldn't gavexhad tge yoghurt but tge whole family were so joined in.

So have been sitting at 13 8 the last few days but was 13 12 this morning after a wetherspoons.Have tried a fast day the last few days. Each day I have got to dinner time been starving poured a wine then it has been all down hill from there! Was almost cracking into the wine before dinner tonight but didn't. Might go and have a wee trip just now, then go to bed at a reasonable time.

So I put into a caloroe thing hiw many cakoroes a 12 stone person would need to stay the same. It is 2000. Ot is currently 2200 apparently. So if I have 45pp a day i ahpukd end up at 12 stone. That means j coukd technically go 56pp above allowance and week.

So after work i was hingry and because i had already had so little caloroes i think theres no need for the fast as my calories are low today and it will be a low calorie day even if i dint fast. I stick woth it though!

So have a wedding in 3 weeks time. I had started being good the same time as OH, I have lost nothing and ge has lost 8lbs. So annoyed. I basicly wasn't losing fast enough sue to my twice mi they bloat so I sort of went off stopped trying. I have benn sqa marking too. Anyway I want to lose half a stone in the next 3 weeks. 5: 2 plus no eari g in the evening. 14 hour fast every day too.

I went wild over the weekend! Like proper binged on Saturday! I haven't dien that in a long time. Feel like 5:2 is causing that if I am honest. I don't know when to stop. Was sitting qt 13 11 this morning! Was mkthwrs day yeatersay amd we went to wetherspookns. Had the Korean chicken and a glass of wine but picked at everyone else's. Then I ate 8 thorntons chocolates. I really need to gain control.on the non fast days.

So probably ate about 3000 cals a day iver the weekend. Was a t acms concert on Friday night and had a pizza and wine and other drinks. Had left iver pizza for lunch Saturday and crisps at night. We went to the beach yestersay to try and fly a kite. Stopped at spoons on the way back and had yet another pizza woth wine. Sitting at 13 10 this mornjgn ! I haven't had much exercise over the last few days either which I think I key too.
