I seem to only be able to do one fast day! My weight is out of control. I feel awful. Ate loads of crisps and dip last night for pure greed. Meeting a friend at next for a coffee after the school run as I need to take things back there. A proper fast day today wpuld make me feel better quite quickly and a good start to the week. If I set myself the target of doing 3 weeks of the 5:2 properly that will make me feel better by the october holidays is 3 weeks time hopefully.
