So probably ate about 3000 cals a day iver the weekend. Was a t acms concert on Friday night and had a pizza and wine and other drinks. Had left iver pizza for lunch Saturday and crisps at night. We went to the beach yestersay to try and fly a kite. Stopped at spoons on the way back and had yet another pizza woth wine. Sitting at 13 10 this mornjgn ! I haven't had much exercise over the last few days either which I think I key too.
