Fast day 1 of week 1 492cal

So annoyed. Took a lovely photo of my 4 cracker breads with Phili ,tomato and cucumber and it's not on the camera roll. Made chilli for dinner and I had mine with cauliflower rice instead of normal rice,  did the job. Planning on having a fast day tomorrow as well so that I can enjoy the rest of the week away guilt free.
