week 2 (13 10!!) fast 1

Weight 13 10

By some miracle I am sitting at 13 10 this morning. Had the in-laws here at the weekend. Drank loads of wine, had a fish supper, ate m amd s cakes. Had lunch out , ate stories! I have my period too. Was sitting at 13 13 yesterday morning mind you. Even though I didn't fast yesterday I did have a lower calorie day i suppose. 
Last day of September today! Maybe October will be my month lol
Went a 4 mile walk this afternoon.was very sunny.  Went down paths. Think i am gping to go to bed early tonight so indint eat anyting .

Goal 12 stone

Listened to 5:2 podcasts while cleaning this morning. Had cheese and onion sour dough for lunch 200cal
Had spaghetti bol for dinner. Usedb250g of lean mince for whole thing. I just jber 100g cooked weight of spaghetti. So around 300cal . Served on a small plate that's why it looks so big.

I seem to only be able to do one fast day! My weight is out of control. I feel awful. Ate loads of crisps and dip last night for pure greed. Meeting a friend at next for a coffee after the school run as I need to take things back there. A proper fast day today wpuld make me feel better quite quickly and a good start to the week. If I set myself the target of doing 3 weeks of the 5:2 properly that will make me feel better by the october holidays is 3 weeks time hopefully.

week 1 fast 1( 21-3) 18pp

Things have got out of hand. Was 14 stone this morning and bloated. I was sitting at 13 11 last week so I am actually just heavy just now. Fasting worked well for me before summer so lets try it again. 

So oh made lentil soup. I weighed the bread and butter woth it. He also picked me up lindt dubai chocolate and I am sitting g wondering g if I shpuls have some and make it a low cal day. However if I have a fast day I will feel.good tomorrow.thats the whole point isn't it. 
Went out  a walk after dinner.
