week 2 fast 2 600 cal

I went wild over the weekend! Like proper binged on Saturday! I haven't dien that in a long time. Feel like 5:2 is causing that if I am honest. I don't know when to stop. Was sitting qt 13 11 this morning! Was mkthwrs day yeatersay amd we went to wetherspookns. Had the Korean chicken and a glass of wine but picked at everyone else's. Then I ate 8 thorntons chocolates. I really need to gain control.on the non fast days. 

Posting this before I eatnanyrhing else. Didna lot of ironing this morning. Had an eventful walk up to morrisons with the kids. R had nursery meet the parent this afternoon. Went a big walk tonight too.hav3 done aboutn15 000 steps.

week 1 fast day 2 560 cal

So probably ate about 3000 cals a day iver the weekend. Was a t acms concert on Friday night and had a pizza and wine and other drinks. Had left iver pizza for lunch Saturday and crisps at night. We went to the beach yestersay to try and fly a kite. Stopped at spoons on the way back and had yet another pizza woth wine. Sitting at 13 10 this mornjgn ! I haven't had much exercise over the last few days either which I think I key too.

let's see if u can do it for over a month! fast day 1 of 2025 650cal

Was working today. Thumping headache when i got home. I had a coffee as all i have had is green tea. A pint of water while we had a mad rush for dinner as forgot son had cubs quite early. Had heebal tea tonight too.
